We are situated approximately five hours drive from Cairns which makes Mary Valley Station the first stop of your adventure.
After your first 120 kms of dirt road you'll find our place the ideal spot to stop, camp, take stock of vehicles and trailers and if necessary rearrange belongings for the exciting trip to the top.
Mary Valley Station is situated just 21 kms past the Hann River Road House on the Peninsula Development Road. Turn in at the front gate at the Windmill and drive 6 kms to the homestead and camping ground.
Mary Valley has a 900m all weather well maintained air strip. Visitors are welcome via planes,helicopters and ultra lights. Please book ahead.
Aero Tropics flies into the station each Monday on the mail run. They take a limited number of passengers and also do charter flights.
Drop in to Mary Valley Station, camp for the night or week, enjoy a cold drink and a comfortable refuge off the beaten track. You are always very welcome at Mary Valley Station, don't forget your camera!
